The Future We Build Together.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate's Degree preferred</li>\n <li>High school diploma required</li>\n <li>Previous experience in food grade facility</li>\n <li>Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Important Note: </strong>Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specifications </li>\n <li>Assist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specifications </li>\n <li>Perform timely checks to meet specifications</li>\n <li>Provide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as required</li>\n <li>Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety </li>\n <li>Maintain qualify to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc. </li>\n <li>Ensure product quality to meet Customer, state and federal guidelines </li>\n <li>Other duties as required or assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em><em>Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
