The Product Development Project Coordinator works with the team to develop new products and processes, to help increase sales and profitability of the business while driving sustainable growth. This role is responsible for the successful launch of innovative products within the portfolio of Nite Ize product categories. The position for Project Coordinator is expected to be open until June 1, 2026. Key Responsibilities for Project Coordinator : Responsible for the successful management of product development projects including project tracking, communications, timeline monitoring, maintenance of documentation, costing, etc. Creates continuous communication between internal departments and supply teams to create and maintain a sense of cohesiveness and information sharing for successful product launches, including timeline visibility, project status updates, status reports, project database management, etc. Contributes to project update meetings with cross-departmental teams. Assists Development team through meeting coordination, note taking, relaying of meeting minutes. Works in conjunction with Product Manager to ensure information is shared appropriately to allow for product and vendor setup. Provides Operations and Finance with price, part numbers, MOQ/quantity, lead time for new products. Provides administrative assistance to Product Development team through expense reconciliation, managing R&D samples, securing collateral for pre-launch sales meetings, and providing travel planning assistance. Communicates with factory contacts regarding projects, product changes and timelines. Creates and manages product margin sheets for cost evaluation and approval. Assists other team members with projects outside of products, including, but not limited to, displays, programs, processes, and team activities.
