It requires a strong team player, who has excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation.</p>\n<p>* Product Management of key brands (non-focus portfolios to maintain sales revenue)</p>\n<p>* Marketing Support for Med/Surg - assistant to marketing team.</p>\n<p>* Manage key marketing sharepoint sites and website.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full vacancy description</span></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Product Management of core AWD portfolios</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Manage key core portfolios to ensure delivery of objectives and sales targets working closely with Business Partners to identify strategy and focus</p>\n<p>Keep portfolio records and assist with product updates, minor line extensions, and packaging or labelling changes with regulatory and supply teams.</p>\n<p>Assist in gathering market feedback, sales input, and competitor intelligence to inform portfolio decisions.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marketing support for Med/Surg Business</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Support with marketing campaign delivery through collation, mailings and trial support to ensure effective campaign management.</p>\n<p>Support the sales team with marketing tools, presentations, product literature, and digital assets.</p>\n<p>Coordinate approvals and updates for sales materials via internal systems.</p>\n<p>Support with cross functional business projects.</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sharepoint sites, Analytics &amp; Reporting.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Manage UK&amp;I Hub for the marketing team. Liaise with marketers to ensure content is live and updated, as and when required.</p>\n<p>Assist with updates to the UK&amp;I Solventum website as &amp; when required.</p>\n<p>Support basic reporting on campaign performance and portfolio activity.</p>\n<p>Develop a plan to incorporate AI technology into marketing processes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Specific vacancy requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired skills, qualities and qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<p>A Levels, or BTEC Level 3 National Diploma/ Extended Diploma, or Equivalent vocational qualification</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<p>Some experience gained through work, placement, internship, temporary role, or part time employment in a marketing, commercial, administrative, or customer facing environment.</p>\n<p>Working to deadlines with multiple stakeholders.</p>\n<p>Experience working as part of a team in a structured, professional environment.</p>\n<p>Exposure to medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences is desirable.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Required:</span></p>\n<p>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</p>\n<p>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</p>\n<p>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</p>\n<p>Confidence using standard digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and learning new systems.</p>\n<p>Proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and develop in marketing.</p>\n<p>A full UK driving licence is essential, as occasional travel may be required e.g. sales visits and attendance at key conferences.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Training and Development:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme.
