We value our professional and caring employees who are dedicated to improving people’s lives and we want&nbsp;<strong>YOU&nbsp;</strong>to join our team!</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>What&nbsp;you will be doing:&nbsp;</strong>You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;accomplishing general maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings, assisting with technical trades such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems in compliance with government and management directives.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Essential functions:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ol>\n <li>Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, electrical outlets, thermostats, breakers and/or fuses.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Repair washers and dryers as necessary, recommend contracted assistance when on-center repair is not possible.</li>\n <li>Maintain and preserve all flooring and/or converting by scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing and seeping.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform maintenance and repair to structures and systems throughout the center.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Install window shades or coverings and security locks.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Supervise assigned students assigned to the maintenance department.&nbsp;</li>\n</ol>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>HSD or equivalent;&nbsp;technical training in maintenance repair required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>2 years related experience required.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Why:</strong> Make a positive impact in your community by doing meaningful work that results in a rewarding career.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Management &amp; Training Corporation (MTC) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
