This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on accounting work with team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Support management of the accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth</li>\n <li>Oversee and review <strong>monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes</strong></li>\n <li>Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with <strong>GAAP standards</strong></li>\n <li>Analyze financial statements and identify trends, variances, and opportunities</li>\n <li>Lead <strong>account reconciliations</strong> for balance sheet and financial reporting</li>\n <li>Identify and implement <strong>process improvement initiatives</strong> to enhance efficiency and quality</li>\n <li>Develop and monitor key performance and quality metrics</li>\n <li>Partner with internal stakeholders and analytics teams to optimize reporting and processes</li>\n <li>Contribute to team development through coaching, training, and engagement initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field</li>\n <li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong analytical responsibilities</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing or mentoring team members</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of <strong>accounting principles, financial reporting, and forecasting</strong></li>\n <li>Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Experience with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and financial systems</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>5–7 years of experience in <strong>healthcare or corporate accounting</strong></li>\n <li>CPA or MBA</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>process improvement methodologies</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></h3>\n<p>At OSUP, you’ll be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, patient-centered care.
