Job Functions:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) with Government representatives, including Contracting Officer&rsquo;s Representatives (CORs).</li><li>Track deliverables, performance metrics, and reporting requirements in accordance with contract terms.</li><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee Special Operations Close Quarters Battle (CQB) training in support of MARSOC/MRTC training objectives.</li><li>Develop, review, and implement safe, realistic schemes of maneuver that align with approved training plans, risk assessments, and mission objectives.</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and evaluate instructor personnel delivering classroom and range instruction.</li><li>Apply Deliberate and Time-Critical Risk Management processes to all training events, ensuring hazards are identified, mitigated, and documented.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with Marine Corps Orders, range regulations, and unit SOPs related to range operations and shoot house safety.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) governing training execution, safety, and instructor conduct.</li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Oversee and participate in shoot house and live-fire range operations, ensuring all safety standards are met and Range Safety Officer (RSO) requirements are enforced.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Supervise, mentor, and evaluate instructor personnel delivering classroom and range instruction.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Conduct and oversee classroom instruction, practical exercises, and live-fire training using approved instructional methodologies.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Ensure all CQB instruction reflects current, validated Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Coordinate training schedules, resources, and personnel to support continuous training operations.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Prepare and deliver briefings, training documentation, risk assessments, and after-action reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</span></span></li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW240288493 BCX0\">Performs related work as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p>Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Abilities &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to carry 50 lbs. and be able to wear organizational Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for extended durations of time through training days.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Capable of being certified by MARSOC personnel on tactical vehicles used during course instruction and support.</li><li>Proficient in Deliberate and Time Critical Risk Management</li><li>Proficient in developing and implementing safe and realistic schemes of maneuver in support of training objectives.</li><li>Proficient in developing and implementing Standard Operations Procedures</li><li>Proficient in Shoot House Safety techniques</li><li>Proficient in applying Marine Corps Orders and Unit SOPs as relates to Range Safety.</li><li>Proficient class and range instruction methods</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Experience&nbsp;</p><ul><li>At least eight(8) years of military experience with a minimum five (5) years of Special Operations and/or USMC Force Recon Organization experience.</li><li>Must be proficient with the current (within the past 3 years) CQB Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs);must have Instructor experience at a Special Operations CQB Course.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Required Education and Certifications&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be capable of passing the current MARSOC weapons qualifications.</li><li>Certified as a Range Safety Officer &amp;
