Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0in;\"><strong>How you’ll contribute</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 8pt;\">A Pharmacist who excels in this role:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Manages drug therapy protocols as a part of an interdisciplinary team.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Reviews, interprets and evaluates medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential or actual drug related problems.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provides drug information and education to medical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and pharmacy students.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Documents interventions and their outcomes for use in drug therapy quality improvement efforts.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Evaluates medication orders for accuracy and completeness prior to order entry. Checks for accuracy after filling by technicians.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Maintains adequate knowledge of pharmacy automated systems and computer software.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">Accurately and appropriately issues controlled substances to patient care areas.
