Description
Are you a people person who thrives on making connections, building trust, and helping others? We are hiring an outside Sales Representative to grow our referral network across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We specialize in fire, water, and mold disaster restoration services—and we need someone who can connect with the community before disaster strikes.
This isn’t cold product sales. It’s about building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and business owners—so they know who to call when an emergency happens.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Develop and manage a local territory of referral sources
Building long-term relationships with:
Property managers
Insurance agents and adjusters
Healthcare facilities
Business owners
Conduct face-to-face route visits, networking drop-ins, and meetings
Represent our brand at trade shows, CE classes, co-marketing events, and industry association functions
Tracking activities in our CRM, supported by weekly check-ins with our sales coach
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of outside or territory sales experience
Background in restoration, insurance, construction, property management, or B2B services preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using a CRM system
Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation
Positive, outgoing, and professional presence
