    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Southeast Urogyn</strong>, a practice partner of <strong>Together Women’s Health (TWH)</strong>, an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is adding a Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service. </li>\n <li>Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions. </li>\n <li>Schedule appointments and provide follow-up calls. </li>\n <li>Any additional task to support clinical operations.
