Verifying warehouse communications and coordination with human resources, operations leadership, sales, purchasing, and transportation to address and contribute to solutions is essential.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Leadership is centered in operations and is expected to work on the floor as needed. This may include nights/weekends.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage standard operational procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and appropriately rotating product inventory.</li><li>Partners with HR to ensure staffing aligns with volume and productivity metrics, including hiring, training, coaching, and problem-solving.&nbsp;</li><li>Available as a resource and mentor to warehouse leadership and team members.</li><li>Ensure Leader Standard work is completed and monitor to ensure shift execution and information for work in progress flows between shifts.</li><li>Enables communication flow to ensure senior leaders are updated on pain-points/success stories regarding KPI&rsquo;s, staffing needs, performance, interdepartmental or company concerns.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides oversight for safety, quality, efficiency expectations, and ensures leadership is soliciting team member feedback for improvements and documenting departmental KPI&rsquo;s.</li><li>Coach warehouse leadership as needed, partnering with Human Resources, Peers, and Senior leadership, implementing PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) for team members/ team leads as needed.</li><li>Monitor location control initiatives on a daily, weekly, and period-end cycle.&nbsp;</li><li>Execution of Warehouse Data collection &amp; KPI Data recording.</li><li>Sets a high standard for personal and warehouse leadership professionalism.</li><li>Monitors/Creates Job Instructions and Safety Guidelines, using consistent use of other tools to ensure team members are trained and expectations are clear.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience &ndash; 3-5 years of related experience in food production.
