    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Tidewater is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support federal construction projects throughout the NAVFAC Washington Area of Responsibility. The QCM will serve as the lead quality representative for assigned projects and be responsible for ensuring all construction activities comply with contract requirements, specifications, and federal quality standards. Projects may include renovations, facilities modernization, civil improvements, and interior and exterior construction across military and government installations.</p><p><strong><u>About Us:</u></strong><br>Tidewater was founded in 1983 as an industrial hygiene (IH) and environmental consulting services provider in Baltimore, Maryland. Today, Tidewater has over 140 employees performing work across three divisions involving environmental consulting, facilities, and construction. Our environmental division includes consulting, remediation, radiological, and IH service lines. Tidewater is headquartered in Elkridge, Maryland. We currently have eight offices throughout the United States including California, Ohio, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania with additional personnel working in Japan, Kenya, and Germany. 401K Plan with employer match, continuing education reimbursement, and paid leave.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Quality Control Program Management</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans in accordance with contract requirements.</li><li>Manage and administer project quality programs throughout all phases of construction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, UFC/UFGS standards, and contractual requirements.</li><li>Establish and maintain quality procedures and inspection processes.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Three-Phase Quality Control Process</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Conduct and document Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up inspections.</li><li>Coordinate required inspections with project teams, subcontractors, and government representatives.</li><li>Monitor ongoing work activities to verify compliance with approved standards.</li><li>Identify quality deficiencies and implement corrective actions.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Documentation &amp;
