From <strong>day one</strong>, you will have access to:</p><ul><li>Affordable medical, dental, and vision plans for both full-time and part-time employees and their families.&nbsp;</li><li>Generous paid time off that accrues over time.&nbsp;</li><li>Opportunities for tuition reimbursement and continuing education.</li><li>Company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexible spending and health savings accounts.&nbsp;</li><li>A vibrant community of individuals passionate about the work they do!</li></ul><p><strong>Become the Area Controller you've always aspired to be</strong></p><ul><li>Approve the purchases of multiple hospital expenses in accordance with policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform multiple hospital financial reviews on a monthly basis and control expenses.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare any state financial reports that are required.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete annual financial budget and capital budget for multiple hospitals.&nbsp;</li><li>Review multiple hospitals’ A/R on a daily basis.</li><li>Complete monthly financial package and submit to corporate on a monthly basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist department to monitor labor productivity for multiple hospitals.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete weekly financial forecasts.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete reports as requested by CEO, hospital leaders, regional teams and corporate office.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for internal controls and audits for multiple hospitals. &nbsp;</li><li>Complete cost report packages as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Help monitor compliance with Medicare regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement action plans to ensure operational effectiveness.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in hospital governing body and partnership boards as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required.</li><li>MBA preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum five years hospital accounting experience preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of financial management and analysis principles and techniques and managerial skills typically acquired through experience in accounting or healthcare operations. &nbsp;</li><li>Relevant experience in financial management and financial operations, including but not limited to labor management, revenue analysis, expense management, contract negotiation, and utilization review.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant experience in budgeting, capital planning, and operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Relevant experience in creating and executing a strong internal control environment.</li></ul><p>#LI-KD1</p>",
