In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and security of Senstar’s IT environment. This position blends infrastructure management, end-user support, and cybersecurity responsibilities, requiring a hands-on professional who can operate across systems, networks, and security domains.<br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span><br><br>•    Provide end-user support and serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues<br>•    Manage and maintain servers, infrastructure, and core business systems<br>•    Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services<br>•    Support and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and switching<br>•    Perform security monitoring, alert triage, and incident response<br>•    Manage endpoint security, patching, and system hardening processes<br>•    Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures<br>•    Collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations<br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span><br><br>•    5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and security operations<br>•    Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Azure)<br>•    Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, routing/switching, DNS, DHCP)<br>•    Experience in security operations (monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation)<br>•    Experience supporting mid-sized environments (200+ users)<br>•    Hands-on expertise with Windows systems, endpoints, and patch management<br>•    Ability to troubleshoot independently across systems, networks, and user environments<br>•    Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting/automation tools<br>•    Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills<br>•    Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<br>•    Relevant certifications are considered an asset<br><br><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-weight: bold\">Why Join Senstar?</span><br><br>•    Work with a global leader in security technology<br>•    Collaborative and innovative team environment<br>•    Opportunities for professional growth and development<br>•    Competitive compensation and benefits package<br>•    Flexible hybrid work model<br><br></p>\n<p>At Senstar, we combine a long and respected history with a forward-looking mindset.
