      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Lead, develop, and manage teams of Zoox and contingent workforce personnel responsible for Zoox’s test fleet and robotaxi service fleet.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance by mastering operational workflows and performance metrics to eliminate waste and create value</li>\n<li>Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle deployments, maintenance tracking, and service coverage.</li>\n<li>Drive operational excellence by being customer-focused and partnering with product and key stakeholders to create the ultimate rider experience for our customers and business partners</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of technology updates and service enhancements.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.</li>\n<li>Establish and monitor KPIs for service reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Plan, evaluate, and improve site operations in terms of quality, safety, and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Deliver effective change leadership while regularly communicating performance trends and improvements to the organization</li>\n\n</div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelors Degree</li>\n<li>8+ years leading the business side of relevant large-scale operations</li>\n<li>3+ years of managing large teams of FTEs and contingent labor</li>\n<li>Management of continuous safety standards and improvement initiatives</li>\n<li>Experience in change management processes &amp; managing large amounts of data</li>\n<li>Ability to work on-site at your market’s facilities</li>\n<li>Ability to travel when necessary</li>\n\n</div>"
