Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs.</p><p><strong><u>Duties/Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Work with purchasing on inventory levels to support customer requirements. Actively participate and develop value to our suppliers and customers, through active participation in trainings and business reviews. Collect tax certificates, credit applications, and other required documentation as needed to maintain the customer&rsquo;s account. Drive initiatives to increase product margin.
