Our commitment to excellence stems from our personal integrity and from other defining attributes, which we call “Dewberry at Work,” that have inspired our employees to be successful for more than a half-century.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute commissioning services on a variety of project types.</li>\n <li>Actively support and coordinate with the entire commissioning team to execute projects and uphold our commitments. </li>\n <li>HVAC sequence of operation knowledge and capable of performing design review of Sequence of operation and creating mechanical system testing procedures, and testing the same in the field</li>\n <li><strong>Must have knowledge of manipulating, adjusting, setup and testing HVAC controls systems such as JCI, Trane, Automated Logic, Siemens, etc. Knowledge in multiple control systems is a plus</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Must have complete working knowledge of HVAC chilled water and DX systems, including design, operation, and testing of: Chillers, Boilers, Cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, AHU, RTU, ERU, VAVs, exhaust, FCU, etc.</strong></li>\n <li>Review air and water test and balance process, review a TAB reports, and identify issues.</li>\n <li>Visit client facilities and gather necessary data to test mechanical systems</li>\n <li>Create system installation and testing documents</li>\n <li>Be familiar with OSHA safety requirements and have the ability to identify deficiencies</li>\n <li>Be familiar with building codes and have the ability to make intuitive decisions related to such</li>\n <li>Read and understand building plans and specifications</li>\n <li>Work safely around electrical systems up to 600 volts</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with all clients, construction trades, and design professionals</li>\n <li>Have a high aptitude for abstract reasoning, assertiveness, thoroughness, and be very detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Work flexible hours and work in hot or cold environments</li>\n <li>Climb stairs, ladders, and use lift trucks. Do moderate lifting. Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.</li>\n <li><strong>Travel approximately 50% of the time.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Required Skills & Required Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Accomplished engineer with 8+ years of experience </strong></li>\n <li>Commissioning experience </li>\n <li>Commissioning process certification preferred or ability to acquire within first 6 months</li>\n <li>Business development experience a plus</li>\n <li>Professional Engineering License a plus or ability to acquire</li>\n <li>Self-motivated with highly developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Don’t meet every single requirement?
