In this position, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver high-quality care to client employees while consistently meeting client expectations for timely resolution and support.</li>\n <li>Apply critical thinking and clinical experience to conduct comprehensive risk and health assessments.</li>\n <li>Document all clinical activities thoroughly and efficiently, while actively integrating feedback to support ongoing improvement.</li>\n <li>Monitor intervention effectiveness and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote employee function, recovery, and resilience.</li>\n <li>Provide preventative and restorative services through direct engagement or by coordinating early intervention specialists for job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility training, and workstation evaluations.</li>\n <li>Educate employees on health, safety, and wellness topics such as bloodborne pathogens, universal precautions, safe lifting techniques, body mechanics, and OSHA surveillance.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate strong teamwork and foster a positive work environment through respectful, clear, and proactive communication with colleagues, clients, and leadership.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels—from front-line employees to plant managers and internal leadership.</li>\n <li>Utilize electronic medical records (EMRs) efficiently and maintain strong organizational and computer skills.</li>\n <li>Protect sensitive information by maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all privacy policies and protocols.</li>\n <li>Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including: emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management</li>\n <li>Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments</li>\n <li>Assist with Return to Work and restriction management for leave of absence cases to include WC, STD/LTD</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least one year experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Care, Occ Med, or Ortho</li>\n <li>Experience/ability to suture</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Licenses and Certifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current APRN / Nurse Practitioner License in state of practice (or eligible)</li>\n <li>Licensed Prescriptive Authority as an APRN; Current DEA licensure</li>\n <li>Established Collaborative Practice Agreement where applicable</li>\n <li>State Controlled Substance Licensure, if required by State Law</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification</li>\n <li>Will be required to either hold or complete certification in audiometry, drug screening, and spirometry upon hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-NJ1</p>\n<p><em>ATI provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
