Description
To lead the support and maintenance of SWIFT messaging and payment systems, ensuring high availability, compliance, and performance of mission-critical financial application.
Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities:
Provide L1 and L2 support for SWIFT applications and interfaces. Liaise between tech and business teams for updates. Manage vendors, coordinate upgrades, and resolve daily issues with users and IT helpdesk. Ensure ITIL compliance for incident, change, and problem management. Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance. Support API onboarding, lead troubleshooting, mentor support teams, and coordinate with InfoSec on security measures. Drive service improvements and ensure SLAs are met. Functional Responsibilities:
Manage monitoring of SWIFT transaction volumes and system performance. Ensure smooth operation of SWIFT infrastructure across Windows and Linux/Unix environments. Oversee regular system audits, patching, and disaster recovery testing. Support DR drill execution as along with surround systems Support for enhancements and production support fixes. Support for VAPT mitigation and audit observations (internal, regulatory).
Qualifications
Qualification needed: MCA/ MTECH/ BTECH
Min Exp: 14 years
Max Exp: 16 years
10+ years of experience in SWIFT application support and IT operations.
Should be having good knowledge in managing SWIFT support for 3-5 years.
Strong knowledge of Swift banking platforms (SWIFT Alliance).
Experience in managing enterprise applications, digital channels, and UAT environments.
