We are seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salesforce Developer</span> to support a federal government contract, ensuring mission success through technical expertise, professionalism, and innovation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Salesforce Developer will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that will enable our federal customer to achieve mission-critical objectives. This role will be hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integrations, while collaborating with administrators, consultants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API services.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver high-quality compliant solutions.</li>\n<li>Support capture of feedback by incorporating them as user stories and tasks in the product backlog and assists in prioritizing them for implementation in subsequent sprint cycles.</li>\n<li>Assist in decomposition of complex capabilities into testable user stories and tasks working in close coordination with the development teams.</li>\n<li>Prepare, participate, and engage in sprint review / integration solution design demo sessions by presenting and addressing technical queries as needed.</li>\n<li>Proactively identifies potential risks and supports devising strategies and implementing them.</li>\n<li>Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce leading practices and federal security and compliance standards.</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and release management.</li>\n<li>Assess vulnerability scan results and resolve issues as directed by government.</li>\n<li>Manage deployment activities and deliverables from Dev environment to additional government environments as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation, technical designs, and deployment procedures.</li>\n<li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.</li>\n<li>Support all agile ceremonies as requested including sprint planning, backlog grooming, technical spikes, sprint reviews, and demos.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience (must meet one of the following):</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR</li>\n<li>Associate’s degree + 5 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience, OR</li>\n<li>High School Diploma/GED + 7 years of Salesforce or relevant software development experience.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder).</li>\n<li>Experience supporting federal government agencies or working in a consulting environment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Salesforce security, compliance, and FedRAMP requirements.</li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role supports a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">federal government customer</span>; candidates must meet all background and eligibility requirements.</li>\n<li>Remote work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to directly impact mission outcomes for federal agencies.</li>\n<li>Professional growth through training, certification support, and diverse projects.</li>\n<li>Collaborative consulting environment that values technical excellence and integrity.</li>\n</ul>",
