This individual will supervise Team Members and/or leads while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic working environment. This position will maintain communication lines between Team Members, Lead Staff, Managerial Supervisors, and the Full-time management team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure correct implementation of all POS transactions procedures and full compliance by every Team Member.</li>\n <li>Manage all facets of day-to-day operations for assigned rental and retail locations while driving revenue and maintaining expenses within budgeted and park policies.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance of all corporate and park policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Protect and secure all assets and equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform duties to include shop set ups, visual displays and proper signage.</li>\n <li>Fully execute company Mantra of Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe Service.</li>\n <li>Key Role in training and development of seasonal staff.</li>\n <li>Maintaining proper staffing levels through planning, scheduling and follow up with the Managerial Supervisors and Full-time staff.</li>\n <li>Initiate corrective actions where necessary for violations of park policies and procedures as well as reward and recognition for outstanding performance.</li>\n <li>Responsible for executing and tracking inventory processes for rental tubes and cabanas.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Payrate: $15.00-$16.00/hr.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year park experience and/or retail background.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skill; ability to effectively identify issues and propose solutions.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in supervising a team.</li>\n <li>Must have flexible schedule to work nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays when needed.</li>\n <li>Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours at a time, lift and carry 40lbs.</li>\n</ul>",
