          "text": "<p>We are actively seeking an <strong>Intermediate Bridge Engineer</strong> with infrastructure detailed design experience for our bridge team in <strong>Kingston, ON, Canada</strong>. The bridge team collaborates closely with our divisional team across Ontario.</p><p>This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to Egis' growth, playing an important part in the exciting trajectory we are establishing in the region.</p><ul><li>Assist in producing engineering products for bridge rehabilitation and new design projects from concept through construction to meet customer quality requirements.</li><li>Conduct detailed structural design calculations and analysis.</li><li>Collaborate both independently and as part of a team to define problems, establish work scope, prepare budgets and schedules, plan the work, and provide technical support and oversight.</li><li>Prepare and review engineering models, drawings, specifications, quantities, cost estimates, and technical reports.</li><li>Contribute to the development and review of designs for new bridges and bridge rehabilitation.</li><li>Provide support in the evaluation, inspection, and rehabilitation of transportation structures.</li><li>Assist in reviewing cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents.</li><li>Coordinate and collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments, including highway, foundation, environmental, drainage, and electrical.</li><li>Participate in project management duties, including assembling project teams, controlling budgets and schedules, ensuring quality control, and supporting client interactions.</li><li>Provide input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and less experienced Engineers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.</li><li>Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of design experience for MTO and municipal projects involving steel and concrete bridge structures in Ontario.</li><li>Experience in detailed design and contract preparation.</li><li>Proficient user of structural analysis software (Midas and CSiBridge).</li><li>Knowledge&#xa0;with MTO standards and policies, Highway Bridge Design Code (CSA-S6), AASHTO and ARIMA Codes.</li><li>Ability to assist in construction liaison and support Contract Administration.</li><li>Ability to contribute to technical design reports.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Understanding of other disciplines' scope and ability to liaise.</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s license.</li></ul>",
