This detail-oriented person will help facilitate glassybaby products for etching programs, as well as help to coordinate, track, schedule and communicate the status of all glassybaby etched product that is being processed.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Primary Duties:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Properly layout and mask glass as needed so treatment is applied only to specific area(s) for etching</li><li>Fill etched characters with opaque paint/paste, as requested in products or workpieces</li><li>Clean workpieces or finished products</li><li>Inspect finishes of workpieces or finished products</li><li>Examine engraving for quality of cut, rough spots, and irregular or incomplete engraving</li><li>Communicate with other departments regarding any issues or rework that may be needed</li><li>Work in accordance to process procedures, work order instructions, drawings and other production documents</li><li>Operate etching machine and ancillary tools</li><li>Mount materials or workpieces onto etching production equipment</li><li>Communicate any problems with equipment, devices or products</li><li>Support the coordination and flow of custom etching orders for glassybaby</li><li>Help maintain glassybaby systems to track and communicate custom etching orders</li><li>Accurately enter data into tracking spreadsheets as required</li><li>Other cross departmental duties and tasks as assigned by Chief Digital Officer</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Experience:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School diploma or GED</li><li>Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite&nbsp;</li><li>Prior etching or cold glass experience preferred</li><li>Prior work with customized products preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Knowledge/Skills:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner</li><li>High standards and attention to detail</li><li>An ambitious team player with excellent work ethic</li><li>A good listener, able to follow detailed instructions</li><li>Extremely flexible, and not adverse to rapid and constant change</li><li>Ability to work independently, self-starter&nbsp;</li><li>Professional, courteous, and clear verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, managing many different projects with varying degrees of urgency and frequent changes</li><li>Flexibility on work hours as business needs arise, including weekends</li></ul>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
