    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>Superior Aluminum Alloys\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining a mold maintenance program for casting - Includes deox cone molds, sow caster molds (4-way and low-pro), ingot molds, rod line casting wheel and any new molds or associated equipment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>100% engagement in “Take control of Safety” initiatives</li>\n <li>Understand and follow all safety rules to ensure safety for me, safety for my team and safety for all</li>\n <li>Create a mold tracking database to monitor and analyze mold life</li>\n <li>Develop and administer a PM program for all molds to maximize life, reduce costs and improve performance</li>\n <li>Purchase replacement molds as necessary and maintain inventory</li>\n <li>Investigate and trial mold improvement projects</li>\n <li>Develop mold release coating best practice SOPs and train all crews to properly coat molds</li>\n <li>Work with maintenance on mold changeouts during outages</li>\n <li>Assist with design, maintenance and optimization of associated casting equipment such as pouring wheels and skim pans</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Self-motivation and strong work ethic</li>\n <li>Methodical planning, tracking and analytic skills</li>\n <li>Previous preventive maintenance experience preferred</li>\n <li>Strong math, reading and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Experience with Excel or similar spreadsheet / database tracking</li>\n <li>Welding, grinding, metalworking & surface preparation experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.</strong></em></p>",
