You&#39;ll help shape strategic decisions by building reports, dashboards, automations, and analytical tools that improve performance across the organization.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical problem-solver who enjoys uncovering trends, improving processes, and leveraging technology to drive business results.</p><p>What You&#39;ll Do</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Analyze data from multiple business systems to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools used by company leaders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create recurring and ad hoc reports that support operational, financial, sales, recruiting, and marketing initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor key performance indicators and help leaders measure success.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Improve reporting processes through automation and workflow enhancements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including AI and automation tools, to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support forecasting, workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and company growth projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Measure and report on the effectiveness of new programs, processes, and business initiatives.</li></ul></div><p>What We&#39;re Looking For</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One to three years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, finance, operations, consulting, or a related analytical role.
