Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.</div><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity:<br></strong>The Senior KPO/Continuous Improvement Engineer I is responsible for supporting and leading process improvement initiatives by learning and applying Kaizen tools, principles, and methods to improve the flow of parts, information, and people while ensuring safety and quality. This role analyzes current processes, identifies inefficiencies, and implements lean tools, working closely with the Site KPO Leader to execute and sustain continuous improvement projects.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Megrine, Ben Arous. This position is 100% onsite.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead or support process improvements by identifying and eliminating waste from the manufacturing processes to facilitate one piece flow, ensuring quality and safety.</li><li>Process improvements which includes, people, material and information flow, mistake proofing, quick change fixturing, standardization, quick and hands-free clamping, and hands-free loading and unloading.</li><li>Develop and implement lean tools (5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, etc.).</li><li>Support Kaizen events and document improvements.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in process improvement and problem-solving.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.</li><li>Project Management from start to finish including project development, implementation, and review.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide creative and innovative hands-on solutions to facilitate easier work methods for the operator.</li><li>Learn, &amp; apply kaizen tools to support manufacturing processes and flow lines.</li><li>Travel to other Pursuit sites to participate and lead kaizen workshops.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, Material Engineering or related field.</li><li>5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated success in Kaizen and Continuous Improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong foundational understanding of mechanical, components, machine design &amp; building.</li><li>Experience with SolidWorks and Bambu Studio or other 3D printing software.</li><li>Ability to mentor and support Lean culture adoption at varying levels of acceptance.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
