    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, or any other IT related degree/Diploma, and/or completed Manual QA Course. </li>\n<li>2+ years of experience in software quality assurance. </li>\n<li>Proficient in both spoken and written English. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to design comprehensive test cases, and test scripts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with functional, regression, performance, and API testing. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of test management and bug-tracking tools like Confluence, Jira for organizing test cases, reporting and ability to clearly document defects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in Agile, Scrum development teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with software testing methodologies, lifecycles and best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Keen attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-driven and capable of working independently. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with databases and SQL for data validation is an advantage. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>ISTQB Certification (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) is an advantage. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Familiarity with SAP products, workflows, or modules is an advantage. Experience testing or working with Business management tools (ERP, CRM, etc.) is highly beneficial.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide detailed test execution reports to stakeholders, including test coverage, pass/fail rates, and defect status. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect and document feedback from stakeholders during UAT phases and ensure issues are tracked and addressed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Track testing progress and communicate test results to project teams and management. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define the scope of testing based on business requirements and workflows. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and business users to troubleshoot and resolve defects. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the QA team to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and document test cases, scenarios, and scripts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in all aspects, types and stages of testing (e.g. functional, system, integration, regression, performance testing). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Simulate real-world business scenarios to validate the performance and functionality. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute end-to-end testing of business processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, investigate, log, track defects in bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA,). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Retest resolved issues to verify fixes and ensure no new defects are introduced. </li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
