This position is responsible for the transportation of product within the facility and loading trucks using a forklift. Formed in 1992.</p><p><strong>Still Wondering Why, You Should Join Our Team?</strong></p><p><strong>Up to $1,800 in retention bonuses!</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Moves material around plant using a forklift and/or crane for producing finishing, packaging, or shipping parts.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient and quality production.</li><li>Observes machine processing for proper functioning and production of parts.</li><li>Loads and unloads their assigned machine and packs product for the forklift.</li><li>Performs visual and/or manual inspection as needed.</li><li>Completes required paperwork.</li><li>Assists operator with set-ups and running production as needed.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age</li><li>Ability to frequently bend and stoop</li><li>Able to follow verbal and written instructions</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Able to communicate effectively</li><li>Must be able to stand for extended period of time and exert moderate to heavy physical effort with a minimum lifting requirement of 50 pounds</li><li>Must be willing to travel as needed via most efficient means</li><li>Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds</li><li>Must be available for work on any shift or shift rotation or work schedule as needed by the company</li><li>Manufacturing experience a plus</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li></ul><p>12-hour shift (Continental Schedule) 48 hours, 36 hours</p><p>2-on, 2-off, 3-on, 2-off (rotating week to week)</p><p>TWB Company is North America’s market leader for tailor welded products with locations in Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, Ontario and Mexico.
