We are looking for passionate Software or Systems Engineers to design and develop software solutions for upcoming state-of-the-art safety-critical systems, especially in the areas of Avionics Flight Controls. Experience developing Avionics Flight Controls systems is a must. These positions can be full-time with great benefits or hourly with excellent hourly rates, and Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are available.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This position can be either Direct Hire or Contract but will be on-site in Phoenix five days a week. </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay DOE:</span> $70-$90/hr</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">candidate must be a U.S. Person</span>, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.</li>\n<li>Bachelors or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience.</li>\n<li><br><span>Software Development in C/C++</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Debugging and Lab experience</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Preferred to have experience in surveillance and data collection software</span></li>\n<li><br><span>Experience in DO-178 and DOORS</span></li>\n<li><br><span>5+ years of experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About Performance:</span><br></p>\n<p>Performance Software Corporation is engaged in the design of Real-time Embedded Software and Hardware.
