Reporting to the Director, Financial Operations, the Co-op Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the Compensation Analyst with the bonus and commission plan calculations and reporting for incentive-eligible employees at Kinaxis. Collaborating and working closely with Human Resources and other teams across the organization, including Sales, Sales Operations and Professional Services, the Co-op Compensation Analyst will ensure that all commission payments are accurately calculated, reviewed, and reported.</p>\n<h2></h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Location</p>\n<p>This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week.  </p>\n<p>Term Duration</p>\n<p> This is a full-time 12-month position, starting September, 2026.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Co-op / Intern Eligibility</p>\n<p>This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date. </p>\n<p>Compensation range</p>\n<p> $19.46-$28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.</p>\n<p>Vacancy Status</p>\n<p>This is an existing job vacancy.</p>\n<p>What you will do</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in bonus and commission-related month-end processes.</li>\n <li>Enter and maintain commission and bonus data in the finance system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>\n <li>Ad hoc reporting as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we are looking for</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Someone who can handle confidential financial information with discretion.</li>\n <li>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and Excel skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Things that would definitely help</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with financial systems.</li>\n <li>Understanding of variable compensation structures.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of audit processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We’re accepting applications now through end of day on Monday, June 15 2026 .
