About the team
The Finance Operations team at Kinaxis is looking for an experienced Co-op Compensation Analyst to join us for a 12-month term, supporting the employee commission and variable compensation process. Reporting to the Director, Financial Operations, the Co-op Compensation Analyst is responsible for supporting the Compensation Analyst with the bonus and commission plan calculations and reporting for incentive-eligible employees at Kinaxis. Collaborating and working closely with Human Resources and other teams across the organization, including Sales, Sales Operations and Professional Services, the Co-op Compensation Analyst will ensure that all commission payments are accurately calculated, reviewed, and reported.
Location
This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week.
Term Duration
This is a full-time 12-month position, starting September, 2026.
Co-op / Intern Eligibility
This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date.
Compensation range
$19.46-$28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience.

What you will do
Assist in bonus and commission-related month-end processes.
Enter and maintain commission and bonus data in the finance system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ad hoc reporting as required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Someone who can handle confidential financial information with discretion.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
