          "text": "<p><strong>Job Description</strong><br>\n<br>\nWe are seeking an experienced professional to join a dynamic global Finance team based across Ireland,<br>\nUK, Croatia, USA, and India. The Associate Director – FP&amp;A, will primarily support the Prime Vigilance<br>\ndivision of the Ergomed Group and will focus on strengthening financial planning, forecasting, and<br>\nbusiness partnering capabilities. Working closely with the Divisional President, the Head of Group FP&amp;A<br>\nand operational stakeholders, the Role will provide high-quality financial insights, support decision making,<br>\nand drive improved financial performance. This is a highly analytical and commercially focused<br>\nposition, with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and Finance leadership.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Key duties and responsibilities:</strong><br>\n<br>\n<strong>1) Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Develop and maintain robust revenue and cost forecasting models.</li><li>Perform detailed variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear and actionable insights.</li><li>Analyse departmental performance, including gross margins, headcount and realisation metrics.</li><li>Provide financial leadership on client profitability and resource optimisation initiatives.</li><li>Maintain divisional Orderbook (Backlog) and prepare analysis on revenue conversion.</li><li>Provide other ad hoc FP&amp;A support including for business case assessment, group requests strategic initiatives and support for long-range planning and scenario analysis.</li></ul><p><strong>2) Business Partnering</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a key finance business partner to Divisional head, Operations teams, Commercial, Legal and other areas of Finance.</li><li>Support project-level financial analysis to drive profitability and decision-making.</li><li>Provide financial input on pricing, contract reviews, and commercial proposals.</li><li>Work closely with stakeholders to improve financial awareness and accountability.</li><li>Assist senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic insights.</li></ul><p><strong>3) Month-End &amp; Financial Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Support and oversee elements of the month-end close process</li><li>Review revenue and cost recognition to ensure alignment with Group accounting policies and GAAP</li><li>Analyse monthly financial performance, including Orderbook and Receivables analysis.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of monthly reporting packs and performance commentary.</li><li>Support audit and compliance activities in coordination with Group Finance.</li></ul><p><strong>4) Process Improvement &amp; Scalability</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements across FP&amp;A and reporting activities.</li><li>Support the development of scalable finance processes and tools.</li><li>Drive automation and standardisation of reporting and analytics.</li><li>Contribute to finance transformation and system implementation projects.</li><li>Support integration and performance tracking of newly acquired businesses.</li></ul><p><strong>5) Line Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop junior team members, setting clear objectives aligned to business priorities.</li><li>Effectively allocate work and manage team capacity to meet deadlines and changing priorities.</li><li>Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.</li><li>Identify and address skill gaps, driving continuous improvement across the team.</li><li>Act as a key point of escalation for team issues, providing guidance and resolution.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>The ideal candidate will have experience in Clinical Services or Pharma/Biotech, with a strong FP&amp;A and<br>\nbusiness partnering background and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial<br>\ninsights. They will have a solid understanding of monthly close processes, as well as budgeting and<br>\nforecasting. As the Company continues to grow and evolve, the successful candidate will be comfortable<br>\nimplementing new solutions and managing process change. They will be a strong team player and<br>\neffective leader, capable of collaborating across functions and managing relationships within a global<br>\norganisation. Proven line management experience is desired, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop<br>\njunior team members while fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Accounting qualification, 5-10 years PQE</li><li>Proven experience in FP&amp;A, financial modelling, and business partnering</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data</li><li>Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting processes</li><li>Commercial mindset with exposure to pricing, contracts, or revenue analysis</li><li>Experience in a global or multi-entity environment preferred</li><li>Prior experience in Clinical Services, CRO, Pharma, or Biotech is advantageous</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP statutory accounts</li><li>Experience in managing a team</li></ul>",
