This role ensures operational stability across SAP Business One, business process automations (BPA), dashboards, Google Workspace, and a macOS-based environment. In addition to support ownership, the role contributes to structured project execution, documentation, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users, including troubleshooting transactional, reporting, and KPI/dashboard issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and support BPA integrations, reprocess failures, and escalate structural issues as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support macOS hardware/software and Google Workspace applications, including account provisioning and access management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Administer device lifecycle (provisioning, configuration, security) and manage endpoints via MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure system updates, endpoint security compliance, and maintain IT asset inventory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with EDI-related issues and escalate system configuration or architectural concerns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Track project tasks, support post-go-live stabilization, and coordinate between business and technical teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and deploy MacBooks for new hires and conduct periodic audits of equipment and system access</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The ideal candidate will have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong experience supporting MacOS environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience administering an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting system integrations or automation platforms (BPA preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Basic understanding of project management principles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong troubleshooting and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with Google Workspace administration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with IT Service Management systems such as Halo and Jira</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">4-6+ years of experience in IT support or business systems support</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Professional fluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Work environment:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Hybrid work available but candidates must be living in close proximity to NSI’s office in Barcelona for in-office or in-person meetings. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Candidates must be flexible with their schedule to support an international team, including the standard 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM shift from Mondays - Fridays.
