The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 2-5 years of HVAC Design Experience using REVIT software.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> The candidate will have experience in the design, layout, of HVAC systems including ductwork and piping distribution. Experience with layout of AHU’s, and Mechanical Rooms is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Candidate will be able to draw 3D ductwork, piping in 3D architectural models receiving direction from a Lead Engineer.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Candidate will have the opportunity to progress into an HVAC Senior HVAC design and/or Engineering position.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Education and Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> 2+ years drafting program or college courses that included REVIT curriculum or experience in both 2D (details &amp; diagrams) and 3D environments. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2- 5 years of experience with an HVAC Engineering Consultant Firm.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Job Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> AutoCAD, (MEP, Plant,) Revit MEP, NavisWorks proficiency a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Ability to work independently with minimum supervision from Lead Engineer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Strong organizational and analytical skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Able to consistently set goals and meet deadlines and adapt to flexible responsibilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> Willingness to learn and apply different HVAC systems and progress HVAC Design skills.
