They will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures, and standards of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center. The Nurse Manager demonstrates a commitment to teamwork through effective collaborative efforts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This a hospital position with Dardanelle Regional Medical Center. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>**Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements/Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas, required</li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required </li>\n <li>Professional Board Certification must be obtained within two years of hire date  </li>\n <li>Three (3) years of clinical related experience, required </li>\n <li>One (1) year Charge Nurse experience, required </li>\n <li>Basic keyboarding skills, preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Hospital/Program Description</h2>\n<p>Dardanelle Regional Medical Center is part of the Conway Regional Health system, established in 1921, providing complete health care services to the growing communities of north Central Arkansas.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Life in Dardanelle is a small town atmosphere with clean, natural sites like Dardanelle Rock and Mountain Nebo to hike, explore, and have fun.
