This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute inpatient psychiatric setting focused on rapid stabilization and patient-centered care.</p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM</li>\n <li>2 openings available</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation at $70/hour</li>\n <li>Productivity bonus of $50 per patient per day for caseloads of 18 patients or more</li>\n <li>Call responsibilities on an as-needed basis\n  <ul>\n   <li>$225 per night (Monday–Friday)</li>\n   <li>$300 per night (Saturday–Sunday)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Facility Overview:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adult Acute Psychiatric Inpatient Hospital</li>\n <li>63 inpatient beds plus 36 PHP/IOP lodging beds</li>\n <li>Average daily census of 50 patients</li>\n <li>Average length of stay: 7–8 days</li>\n <li>Collaborative provider team with 4 providers during the week and 2 providers on weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Typical Caseload:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>15–18 patients per day</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide medication management and psychiatric treatment focused on rapid stabilization</li>\n <li>Ensure clear, compliant, and accurate clinical documentation to support ongoing treatment plans</li>\n <li>Communicate patient progress, treatment goals, and discharge readiness with the interdisciplinary care team</li>\n <li>Participate in call coverage as needed</li>\n <li>Deliver high-quality psychiatric care in an inpatient behavioral health setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner</li>\n <li>Board Certified or Board Eligible PMHNP</li>\n <li>Active DEA license preferred</li>\n <li>Behavioral health experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p>For more information, please contact us. J<strong>aylen H at [email protected]</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team.</li>\n <li>Participate in the formulation of patient Master Treatment Plan</li>\n <li>Assess physical and psychiatric health of patient and formulate measures to meet patient needs.</li>\n <li>Chart clinical observation (direct or through dictation), evaluations and treatment of patient in required time according to facility guidelines.</li>\n <li>Communicate with physicians and other staff as necessary to provide quality care for patient within appropriate guidelines.</li>\n <li>Encourage family involvement in patient care. Respond to identified patient and family educational needs.</li>\n <li>Support and follow legal requirements, hospital policy and procedures, medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Provide services that are in accordance with the state guidelines for Nurse Practitioners.</li>\n <li>Provide on-call responsibilities on scheduled basis directed by medical staff.</li>\n <li>May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays. May prescribe medication.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.  When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
