    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Packing Operator</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To become the world’s greatest baker, we need the world’s greatest team members </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To perform packaging operator duties within Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines and government standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What FGF Offers:</u></strong> </p>\n<p> FGF believes in Home Grown Talent, accelerated career growth with leadership training, unleashing your potential </p>\n<p> Competitive Compensation, Health & Welfare Benefits including Vision & Dental and flexible options at competitive premiums </p>\n<p> 401k matching program</p>\n<p> Discount program - Restaurants, gyms, shopping, etc.</p>\n<p> Tuition reimbursement</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsiblities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Report to work area no later than ten minutes prior to the designated start of your shift. </li>\n <li>Entering and reacting to all IPM data as stated in the IPM standards associated with their area. </li>\n <li>Maintain all Internal and External KOV’s. </li>\n <li>Have knowledge of the proper procedure for dealing with on hold product. </li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean and orderly work area and having it clean for the next shift. </li>\n <li>Operating the box erector, labeler, tape machine, and all other equipment in the packaging area. </li>\n <li>Accurately keeping a running total of cases produced on a rack sheet. </li>\n <li>Following the proper GMP’s associated with their work area and with company guidelines. </li>\n <li>Participates actively in team meetings and training sessions. </li>\n <li>Correctly stack pallets using the palletizer and operate it safely and consistently.  </li>\n <li>Communicate problems to upstream and downstream operators, using radios. </li>\n <li>Check metal detectors with wands every hour per the metal detection standard and report any out of control conditions immediately.  Metal detection is a HACCP Critical Control Point. </li>\n <li>Check X-ray with wands every hour per the procedure and report any out of control conditions immediately.  X-Ray detection is a secondary HACCP Critical Control Point. </li>\n <li>Determine the necessity to alert team leaders/maintenance of any problems. </li>\n <li>Must be able to stack boxes by hand in case of equipment failure. </li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50lbs. </li>\n <li>Must load box machine. </li>\n <li>Perform timely and efficient changeover. </li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with the departing shift and arriving shift each day </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work safely in packing environment. </li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and perform basic math. </li>\n <li>Must be able to follow written and verbal directions as well as safety regulations. </li>\n <li>Expected to maintain a safe and clean work environment.   </li>\n <li>Must be able to understand and perform basic computer functions. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work assigned overtime as needed.  </li>\n <li>Adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards as well as HACCP compliance and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives. </li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekend and overtime as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-ONSITE</p>\n<p>#LI-MS1</p>\n<h2>Job Family</h2>Production\n<h2>Job Level</h2>C-MFG",
