As part of an exciting growth initiative, our expanded location will now offer urgent care services, a new acute walk-in clinic for same-day healthcare needs, and enhanced collaboration among providers and clinical teams. As a Patient Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A Patient Representative who excels in this role:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all necessary patient demographic, billing, and clinical information is obtained and entered in the registration system with timeliness and accuracy.</li><li>Verifies insurance benefits and obtains precertification/authorization as necessary.
