    "description": "<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to provide leadership, oversight, and support across behavioral health programs. This role is responsible for strengthening clinical quality, supporting staff development, and ensuring services are delivered in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
