Through systematic training and hands-on practice, you will grow into a business backbone who can independently manage specific Amazon categories and further expand to other e-commerce platforms and business areas.<br><br><strong>Initial Stage (Learning & Collaboration):</strong><ul><li>Assist with product launches and listing optimization on e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Support the preparation of data reports and performance dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate in preparing customer price lists and quotations.</li><li>Assist with inventory management and demand forecasting.</li><li>Support return analysis and improvement measures.</li><li>Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and advertising performance, and provide optimization suggestions.</li><li>Assist with KOL outreach and communication.</li></ul><strong>Later Stage (Independent Responsibility): </strong><ul><li>Independently manage designated product categories on Amazon, developing and executing sales and operation strategies and taking direct responsibility for sales performance and profitability.</li><li>Independently manage other e-commerce platform customers or channels.</li><li>Participate in New Product Launch and Market Entry (GTM) projects and develop local market strategies.</li><li>Continuously analyse business data and optimise operational processes to drive sales growth.</li></ul><strong>Career Development Path </strong><br>We provide you with a clear career advancement path to help you grow into a manager in the e-commerce field: E-commerce Management Trainee -> Junior Key Account Manager-> Key Account Manager-> Senior Key Account Manager-> E-com Director."
