We are committed to removing barriers and creating opportunities for ALL to participate.</p>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role will serve as a National Campus Head Professional with a focus on teaching in all high-performance programs and assisting in all program delivery, while working to make our programs a model for the country.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Teach in high-performance programs delivered on campus.</li>\n <li>Assist on court in other areas as needed.</li>\n <li>Coordinate all staffing and practice plans for daily programs.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and direct the day program for the high-performance team and high-performance players. </li>\n <li>Oversee players on the campus for the day and afternoon programs.</li>\n <li>Manage and coordinate special tennis events and tournaments. </li>\n <li>Hire part-time assistants for teaching. </li>\n <li>Teach, train, and mentor assistant professionals and interns. </li>\n <li>Direct Associate Head Professional assigned to the area. </li>\n <li>Provide daily group clinics and private instruction to satisfy participation.</li>\n <li>Expose students to game-based teaching.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and manage camps, including summer camps and holiday camps.</li>\n <li>Act as a liaison and assist with the national campus events staff.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by the Director.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>USTA Coaching certified (or equivalent)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated proficiency in teaching and communicating with all ages and levels of ability of students and assistant professionals. </li>\n <li>College degree preferred. </li>\n <li>Position is considered exempt.</li>\n <li>This position is designated as \"on-site\" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position.<strong></strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>  </h2>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At the USTA, we know people are our most important asset. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify.
