          "text": "<p><strong>Timmons Group</strong> is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented&#xa0;<strong>Civil Project Engineer III</strong>&#xa0;to join our <strong>Land Development</strong> team in <strong>Charlotte, NC</strong>. The Project Engineer III will contribute to a wide range of land development projects—from residential neighborhoods to commercial developments.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong>&#xa0;of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Designing site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems using&#xa0;<strong>Civil 3D</strong>&#xa0;and other modeling tools.</li><li>Performing engineering calculations and solving real-world design challenges.</li><li>Preparing technical specifications and construction documents.</li><li>Conducting research and writing objective reports to support project completion.</li><li>Assisting with cost estimates and construction planning.</li><li>Supporting field inspections and data collection.</li><li>Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality results</li></ul><p><strong>Skills/Requirements&#xa0;</strong>of a successful candidate include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.</li><li><strong>6+ years</strong>&#xa0;of experience in land development engineering, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.</li><li><strong>EIT certification preferred</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in&#xa0;<strong>Civil 3D</strong>&#xa0;and/or other CAD software.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li></ul>",
