This highly flexible position requires a minimum commitment of 8–15 hours per week (minimum 10 patients). Our program operates five days a week and offers both on-site and telehealth services—allowing clinicians to create schedules that best suit their availability.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">The role may also include supporting special mental health initiatives funded by public and private grants, assisting with the creation and implementation of new program initiatives as needed, and serving as a task supervisor or clinical supervisor for social work student interns, as appropriate.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">At Hudson Guild, we place a strong emphasis on professional development and career growth. font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conduct culturally competent and inclusive therapy that respects and incorporates the client’s background, identity, and lived experiences.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Perform intake evaluations, including psychosocial assessments, preliminary diagnoses (DSM-5), and coordination of psychiatric evaluations as needed.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop and maintain treatment plans with clear, measurable short- and long-term goals; update quarterly.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Document all clinical work using the Theranest/Ensora Health electronic health record system in a timely, organized, and comprehensive manner.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support clients in accessing community resources, entitlements, and services.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborate with schools, medical providers, and community organizations to support client care.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in weekly clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Provide after-hours emergency coverage on a rotating basis as per program policy.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor or Program Director.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required</span>: LMSW, LCSW OR LMHC; must be fully licensed (Limited Permits are not accepted).</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Engish/Spanish speaker </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Minimum of one (1) year of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy to a diverse population or relevant prior work experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Willingness to be credentialed with Medicaid and Medicare.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Must be available to work a minimum of 8–15  hours per week within program hours:</span><br>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
