We say it and we mean it: Thanks for letting us handle your buns. role ABOUT THE ROLE The Production Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of all production processes, as well as monitoring quality standards and costs and providing administrative support. Duties include, but are not limited to, inventory, production scheduling, team member scheduling, and team member organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Create production schedules Daily reconciliation of all mix recipes in Flexibake Daily reconciliation of case counts in Flexibake Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process Ensure all production is successfully completed in accordance with required deadlines Monitor the efficiency of production equipment Conduct period-end inventory of all raw materials Notify Shipping and Receiving of any short or low raw material needs Direct the sanitation team as needed Fill in as a working team member as needed Ensure all team members and supervisors are trained in accordance with/to company standards Attend and proactively contribute to weekly manager meetings Handle disciplinary conversations with employees and administer disciplinary action as appropriate Coach/mentor staff through active performance management Organize and ensure efficiency of all production departments, including shipping and receiving Ensure production area is kept clean and organized at all times PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (cont.)
