ROLE SUMMARY :
Meticulous and detail orientated Account Coordinators to provide administrative and database (CRM) support to valued Clients (hospitals/medical settings) in filling vacant nursing positions.
Works closely with Internal Stakeholders professionally communicating vacancies and administratively overseeing the necessary steps to ensure the vacancy is filled and the nurse is secured.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Once vacancy information is received from the Clients, ensuring all the relevant job information is posted through the dedicated CRM database (NOVA)
• Professionally communicates with Internal stakeholders promoting details of the vacancies to be filled
• Administratively and organisationally supports the client delivery team and clinical team by activity ensuring submissions are processed in a timely manner
• Owns and manages the job postings on the designated recruitment platforms
• Updates and communicates with internal team members and stakeholders in respect of candidates and submissions
• Produces such management reports and data as may be required
• Owns and manages the candidate confirmations and candidate signature
• Other administrative responsibilities specific to the client requirement or Aya
QUALIFICATIONS:
Educated to Graduate level with strong English Language skills, verbal and written
Highly organised and proactive problem solver
Experience with CRM systems & database administration highly advantageous
2 years plus work experience - Will have worked in a customer care setting
Strong Team Player, able to work collaboratively across teams to deliver
Process - US Voice Process (Healthcare)
Shift - US/Night Shift (WFO)
Transport - home pick up & drop (Up to 20 KMs)
