    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Are you passionate about supporting families in the community?&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are seeking a <strong>Family Development Coach</strong> motivated to make a difference at our Lewiston Office. A Family Development Coach provides direct customer-based support to clients in their journey to achieve the families&#39; goals. This position is 40 hours, generally 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, however, does required flexibility to accommodate the needs of clients.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Starting Range</strong>: $18.23-$21.00, depending on education and experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engage with families to collaboratively build partnerships to identify strengths and needs through a Whole Family Approach</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete comprehensive assessments with clients in order to support each individual and family unit to set and meet goals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advocate for families by collaborating with internal programs and external agencies to support application completion and ongoing partnerships</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide service similar to case management/care coordination to ensure clients receive timely and coordinated services.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep accurate and detailed documentation on clients, support with data collection, and data entry</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability, accident, critical illness &amp; hospital indemnity</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Paid Time Off (up to 18 days for full-time employees)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">13 paid holidays per year</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">403(b) pension plan with agency contribution and match</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Community Concepts is a qualified employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High School Diploma required with additional college coursework or related certification&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Associate&rsquo;s Degree preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Related experience working with the general public required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Five years&rsquo; related experience preferred</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Other Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; competency with Microsoft Office; ability to function autonomously and as part of a team.
