This role ensures consistent product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.</span></p><h3><strong><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Cover assigned outlets on a roving / ad-hoc basis to support vacancies, new launches, or short-term projects</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report out-of-stock or low-stock situations</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Execute promotions, POSM setup, and in-store activities as required</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Liaise with store personnel to maintain good working relationships</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Capture and submit store reports, photos, and feedback in a timely manner</span></li></ul><h3><strong><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Requirements</span></strong></h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Minimum SPM / Diploma (relevant experience preferred)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG is an advantage</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Willing to travel and support multiple locations/projects</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Able to work independently with minimal supervision</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Basic reporting skills and comfortable using mobile apps or simple systems</span></li></ul><h3><strong><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Working Arrangement</span></strong></h3><ul><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Flexible deployment based on operational needs</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">May be assigned to specific client projects as required</span></li></ul>",
