Description

Havenpark Communities was founded on the mission of creating caring communities for both our residents and employees. Havenpark has a portfolio of 100+ communities and more than 30,000 homesites across the U.S. We are experiencing intentional, rapid growth by continuously acquiring communities. At Havenpark Communities, our mission is to make caring communities attainable for responsible residents across America. We acquire, improve, and operate manufactured home communities. You may be asking yourself - what makes us different? It is our culture. Our unique culture is fun, rewarding, and inclusive of all. Our five core values guide our everyday behavior: Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness. Some people see a dripping faucet, a broken door lock, or a worn-out water heater as a hassle. You see a problem to solve, and you take real pride in solving it. If you’re the kind of person who shows up with a full toolbox and a great attitude, this role was built for you. At Havenpark Communities, we believe that where you live matters. With more than 100 communities across the U.S., we’re committed to providing residents with safe, well-maintained homes and beautiful surroundings. Our Homes Technicians are essential to making that promise real every single day. About the Role As a Homes Technician, you’ll be the go-to resource for keeping our community in top shape. From hands-on home repairs to maintaining common areas and amenities, you’ll make a visible, tangible difference in the lives of the people who call our community home. You’ll work alongside a supportive team and report directly to the Community Manager. What You’ll Do Why Havenpark? At Havenpark, we take care of our communities — and the people who take care of them. You’ll join a team that values hard work, respects your craft, and gives you the tools and support to do your job well. Our five core values — Respect, Grit, Collaboration, Stewardship, and Boldness — aren’t just words on a wall. They’re how we show up for each other every day. If you’re ready to put your skills to work in a role where your impact is felt by real families in real communities, we’d love to have you on the team. Apply today. We offer our employees a golden work experience, including a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, and above all, infinite opportunities to learn, develop, and sharpen their skills.
