Your growth here is limitless.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking to hire people with any of these specialties:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business Tax</li>\n<li>Individual Tax (Including reviewing and signing returns)</li>\n<li>State and Local Tax</li>\n<li>High Net Worth Tax</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></p>\n<p>You are a licensed CPA with deep knowledge of tax strategies with and at least 5 years of experience. You are a technical expert who enjoys helping clients and sharing knowledge with your co-workers when you encounter a unique situation that requires you to research and develop a solution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You are looking to advance to a Principal and help grow your firm.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Responsibilities:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply technical expertise to review increasingly complex tax returns to support team members in meeting client expectations</li>\n<li>Use a well-developed understanding of client businesses to help diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions</li>\n<li>Plan, organize, and control multiple responsibilities and resources to meet assignment objectives</li>\n<li>Manage assignment budgets, anticipate and communicate budget issues, identify opportunities to improve assignment profitability, prepare billings, and assist in cash collections</li>\n<li>Share and transfer knowledge with team members<br></li>\n<li>Provide Associates and Seniors with guidance, coaching, and support in career development and area of specialty </li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with clients, gaining trust and respect based on a demonstrated understanding of their business and ability to help achieve improvement goals.</li>\n<li>Apply new approaches to proposal development and effectively manage resources contributing to proposal initiatives</li>\n<li>Keep informed of recruitment needs and use external peer network and relationships to refer potential candidates<br></li>\n<li>Write and publish articles with the research and assistance of Associates and Senior Associates<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Required Skills:</em><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of relevant professional standards, emerging laws and regulations, and corporate governance requirements</li>\n<li>Ability to present ideas with confidence and act as a subject matter expert, communicating concepts to clients and staff clearly and concisely</li>\n<li>Excellent management, team building and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Successful management of multiple responsibilities in the face of competing priorities</li>\n<li>Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability</li>\n<li>Produce high-quality work under deadlines</li>\n<li>Particular attention to detail</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Qualifications:</em><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA required</li>\n<li>5+ years of related experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>DHJJ Perks:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote/hybrid work options</li>\n<li>Dress for your day</li>\n<li>Flexible schedules<br></li>\n<li>Referral bonuses for new hires and new clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Benefits:</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group health insurance offered through BCBS (Health &amp; Dental), VSP (Vision), HealthEquity (HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA)</li>\n<li>Employer-paid Long- and Short-Term Disability </li>\n<li>Paid parental leave</li>\n<li>Group life insurance through AICPA</li>\n<li>12 1/2 paid holidays per year</li>\n<li>PTO policy starting at 15 days per year<br></li>\n<li>401(k) Profit-Sharing Plan with discretionary 3% employer contribution</li>\n<li>Paid society memberships, training, and continuing education</li>\n<li>Eligible for discretionary bonuses based on productivity, performance, and other contributions to the firm</li>\n</ul>",
