The role includes up to 50% travel during the operating season and requires strong communication, coordination, and teamwork.</p>\n<p><em>If you don’t meet every requirement but feel you align with most of the role and are eager to grow, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.</em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead daily operations for wind projects across Canada</li>\n<li>Manage and support Team Leads and technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and performance</li>\n<li>Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation</li>\n<li>Coordinate project logistics, mobilization, and readiness</li>\n<li>Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary operational contact</li>\n<li>Ensure safety execution, reporting, and compliance with company and industry standards</li>\n<li>Review and uphold blade inspection and repair quality (Category 1–5 standards)</li>\n<li>Monitor utilization, project progress, and operational reporting</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement in processes, communication, and field execution</li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership on planning, forecasting, and operational strategy<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in operations management in wind, blade repair, or related industrial field services</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  </li>\n<li>Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a talent for quickly establishing trust</li>\n<li>Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring technicians, and serving as a senior or lead technician  <br></li>\n<li>Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Canadian health and safety protocols, quality standards, and field operations  </li>\n<li>Familiarity with composite repair standards (Category 1–5) is an asset — willingness to learn is equally valued<br></li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Canadian health and safety requirements applicable to the field</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as required within<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Work Eligibility and Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be legally allowed to work in Canada.<br></li>\n<li>Your safety is important to us.
