We are a growing practice with a beautiful, modern office, a wonderful, growing patient population, an enthusiastic team, and a sincere dentist dedicated to quality care, customer service, and open communication. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>** Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus! **</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time</li>\n <li>Monday-Friday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay rate of $23-28 an hour, based on experience</li>\n <li>Monthly bonus opportunities</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the dentist during dental procedures</li>\n <li>Assisted hygiene</li>\n <li>Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments</li>\n <li>Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment</li>\n <li>Take dental X-rays (as certified)</li>\n <li>Take digital impressions</li>\n <li>Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate patient records</li>\n <li>Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Eagle Soft dental software is preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting</li>\n <li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p>INDHRDA03</p>",
