    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>EXPLEO GROUP USA is looking for a<strong> Fleet Technician and Lab Facilitator</strong> to join a dynamic and expanding team in Troy, MI and other locations </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supporting engineering teams with vehicle preparation, part installation, removal, and modification. </li>\n <li>Conducting part fitment checks and providing clear feedback on engineering issues. </li>\n <li>Assisting in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and system-level concerns. </li>\n <li>Reviewing and checking parts in CAD 3D NX. </li>\n <li>Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on development and fleet vehicles. </li>\n <li>Ensuring all vehicles meet safety, compliance, and OEM standards. </li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate service, repair, and configuration documentation. </li>\n <li>Coordinating vehicle scheduling and readiness for testing and development activities. </li>\n <li>Managing parts inventory, test components, and specialized tools. </li>\n <li>Maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient workshop environment. </li>\n <li>Working closely with engineering, testing, quality, and supplier partners. </li>\n <li>Supporting prototype part handling, shipping/receiving, and traceability. </li>\n <li>Providing technical insights during build reviews and test planning. </li>\n <li>This role will be responsible for performing hands-on technical and lab support activities to ensure efficient fleet and engineering operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Automotive mechanical or technical certificate or degree </li>\n <li>2–5 years of experience in vehicle and parts management </li>\n <li>Mechanical skills for part installation and fitment </li>\n <li>Intermediate skill level in NX (CAD) </li>\n <li>Strong technical writing skills for vehicle communication and documentation </li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities </li>\n <li>Willingness to travel to Center Line, MI and Van Buren Township, MI </li>\n <li>Eager to learn and grow your automotive and engineering support knowledge </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Expleo Values:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>We are guided by shared values in all things we do:  Courage, Excellence, Collaboration, Respect and Accountability.</li>\n <li>Courage – We are bold thinkers and doers, always ready to take on new challenges.
